The primary objective of the course is to give the students the basic knowledge of what is " diplomacy " and how the correspondance that a Government maintains, on the one hand, with the Foreign Missions accredited to this Government and on the other hand through the intermediary of its Missions abroad, with other Governments or international organizations. The course will focus on actors of diplomacy, historical development of diplomacy, diplomatic privileges and importance of protocol in diplomatic relations.
