This course aims to provide an overview of Turkey’s relations with the neighbouring and global actors in the period between 1990 and 2010s. Class discussions on several risks, challenges and opportunities Turkish foreign policy faced in the Post-Cold War era may provide a general understanding to students about Turkey’s short and long term foreign policy preferences.
