Course Goals
This course is a continuation of Reading Skills 1 course offered in the Fall Term. The course aims to promote higher level thinking skills such as making inferences and deductions, reading between the lines, gaining insights into cultural similarities and differences. The course also aims to make students read news reports, magazine articles, stories, etc., and develop reading comprehension skills while improving their vocabulary knowledge.
