 The aim of the course is to present the structure, main approaches, institutions and policies of industrial relations.

Program Outcomes

Learning Outcomes
LO-1The students will be informed of the actors of industrial relations and the domestic and international activities of these actors.
LO-2The students will be informed of different approaches on industrial relations and concept of union, union rights, the process of the emergence of unions and the existence of different union models.
LO-3The students will be informed of the roles of the state in industrial relations, employer organizations, their structure and functions.
LO-4The students will be informed of the concept of collective bargaining, its elements and the feature, the peaceful means and strike/shutout in the solution of collective labor disputes.
LO-5The students will be informed of the concept of industrial relations.
