Course Goals
 In this course, in line with the realization of organizational goals, there are people who are followed by a group of people because they have some characteristics different from them, and take direction voluntarily in line with his instructions. These people, called leaders, are able to bring together, direct and mobilize the individuals working in the organization due to some special qualities they have. In this course, leadership qualities from the past to the future will be examined and leadership models will be examined in line with the behavior patterns of leaders who have a say in the society, and the leadership qualities accepted in the context of the cultural values ​​of the society will be evaluated.

Teaching Methods and Techniques -Leadership Education course is mainly carried out with mutual interaction. It includes the stages of listening, understanding, asking and questioning. Written and visual presentations, books on leadership, and various examples are brought to the classroom. Current and historical case studies on good and bad leadership are made.
