Course Goals
The aim of this course is to teach students how to use English effectively, clearly and properly in the field of aviation cabin services. It aims to teach the learners how to communicate using English in the most appropriate way, in an understandable, direct, and decisive manner, but also politely, when they encounter a routine or non-routine situation during the flight while on duty.
