Course Goals
The aim of this lesson is to teach how to use English effectively, properly and rightly in the area of flight attendant service. When students face with the abnormal situation during the flight, the course is targeted to teach how to  approach the event in a decisive and appropriate way .By doing this, the students can learn the best commucation skills
