The aim of this course is to develop the skills and abilities required to plan and control projects, and to convey interpersonal issues that will ensure successful project outcomes. This course examines the project management life cycle, project staff, tools and techniques for effective project management, and the role of the project manager. This course guides students through introducing basic project management tools and transferring the behavioral skills necessary to successfully initiate, run and reap benefits in for-profit / non-profit organizations.
