It should be provided in order to comprehend the necessity of understanding the health sector, especially the management and organizational structure in hospitals, following the developments in health information and technology, and a good understanding of health institutions, health personnel and working styles. It is aimed to examine the features that distinguish health institutions from other businesses and institutions, to understand the way of doing business and duties of healthcare professionals, to enable students to evaluate and have knowledge of the management and organizational structure of hospitals in more detail.
