Course Goals
 To understand the importance of yoga for the human body and mind, to develop body development and health with postures and movement series during lessons, and to develop concentration and mental control with breathing and meditation exercises.

Learning Outcomes
LO-1During the classes, body development and health are aimed with postures and movement series, and concentration and mental control development is aimed with breathing and meditation exercises.

LO-4Thanks to the practice learned in the lessons, the musculoskeletal system develops and the concentration skill increases.
