Course Goals
Daylighting and artificial lighting, basic vocabulary of lighting terminology is introduced, visual comfort conditions, lighting fixtures and light sources are studied related to building typology.

Teaching Methods and Techniques Basic lighting vocabulary is introduced by theoratical courses supported by power point presentations.

Students are given a lighting design problem which shall be completed and submitted.
