Course Goals
 To teach students to use some basic experimental tools, to measure and interpret them scientifically, to calculate the errors they will make in measurements, to use meaningful numbers and scientific notation.

Teaching Methods and Techniques -The theoretical information about the experiments are given to the student in advance and moreover the experiment is explained by the lecturer before beginning. The students have scores from the experiment they did.
