This lecture was prepared to understand biology by the students. General Biology Laboratory I lecture is a laboratory application lecture. In this lecture, the materials used in laboratories and light microscope will be presented. The possibility of having applications with light microscope will be provided to understand the term of cell. While the energy issue willbe given in laboratory applications, mitosis and meiosis cell divisions will be examined detailed.
