Course Goals
It is aimed to teach applications of Molecular Microbiology by showing biosafety rules in laboratory, aseptic conditions, sterilization and dysinfection, bacterial growth kinetics, microbial metabolism and and anti-microbial strategies and classification of microorganisms to provide an understanding in future molecular biology and genetics applications.

LO-4To discuss the metabolic differences such as sugar metabolism, enzymatic reactions etc. between microorganisms
LO-5To be able to design a novel experimental design about microbiology and to discuss the results
