Learning Outcomes
LO-1To be able to present assessments about the political periods of Roman State's as a result of historical introduction to this themes.

LO-3To be able to present assessments about the process of the formation of modern legal systems as a result of studying on the influence of Roman Law on modern legal systems and resources.
LO-4To be able to make comparison with the general concepts of turkish civil law as a result of studying on the general concepts of Roman Law.
