LO-3Ability to analyze the characteristics of legal rules and to distinguish puclic policy legal rules from imperative legal rules, completive legal rules and interpretative legal rules
LO-4Gain profiency in comparing the National Legal Systems with different older legal systems such as Roman-German Law, Comman Law, Equity Law and especially with European Law.
