Course Goals
To have knowledge about the importance of the mediation institution, its formation, working system, participation in the mediation process, execution of the process, voluntary mediation and litigation mediation in the resolution of legal disputes through mediation.

Learning Outcomes
LO-1The student who successfully completes this course: I. Have knowledge about the importance and purpose of mediation. II. Have knowledge about the institutions of voluntary mediation and mediation as a condition of litigation. III. Knows in which disputes, applying to the mediator is a condition of litigation. IV. Have knowledge about the duties and responsibilities of the mediator. V. Have knowledge about the basic principles of mediation and the legal consequences of the agreement/non-agreement document.
