The aim of the lecture is to provide the ability for practising the information to the current issues through teaching the basic concepts and rules. It is aimed to be comprehended that the international law, which is a dynamic branch of law, does not consist only the armed conflict and use of force issues, but also the rules, that exist in all aspects of life
