The aim of the course is to imbue the consciousness of creating a steady, healthy and esthetic city by teaching the concept of zoning, zoning regulations and audits, planning and its principles, legal character of planning, zoning programs, many concepts related to practice, legal extents of construction, sectoral planning, urban transformation and restoration fields, the relation between zoning and environment.
