Businesses are affected by all kinds of economic, social and cultural developments in their environment.
We are in a global transformation process where companies are expected to be good corporate citizens, sensitive to the environment and people. Businesses need to keep up with this change in order to survive and succeed.
The aim of this course is to inform students how to integrate economic, social and environmental sustainability in business processes and business decisions, what activities they should take to prevent environmental problems and protect the environment, how to monitor and measure the effects of business activities on the environment and society.
