This lesson aims to form a general understanding about Turkish capital market, its institutions, means and applications. Considering the demand and supply of capital markets, topics will be handled from a perspective of exporters amd investors as to various asset classes In this framework, Board of Capital Market and İstanbul Stock Exchange will be talked about, markets forming capital market and their function will be discussed, market actors and market means will be mentioned. Another aim is to train professionals needed in Turkish capital market, which has developed very rapidly in the last 30 years, to transfer the information formed in the academic world to these professionals, and to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to make correct and analytical decisions. During the course, up-to-date developments and regulation will be discussed, explanations will be made using sample cases.
