Course Goals
Today, rapidly changing environmental conditions create new opportunities, opportunities and dangers for businesses. In the face of these dangers and opportunities, the company has advantages and weaknesses compared to its competitors. In order to survive in the environment in which the business is located, it should analyze various situations, produce strategies and become superior to its competitors. In other words, in order to sustain life, the business must provide a competitive advantage to its competitors and maintain it in the long term. In this course, the strategies and related methods required for the business to survive in the short-medium-long term will be discussed and examined.

Program Outcomes
