Course Goals are as follows:

Teach students business management methods

Teach students the importance of team work

Teaching Methods and Techniques -The faculty member uses his own lecture notes in addition to the textbook he has recommended to students. Students listen to the lecturer and take notes. In addition, the lecturer also uses the slides he has prepared. Quizzes are held every week. In the quizzes, questions are asked from topics covered a week ago. Individual and team assignments are also useful for developing students' research, correct decision-making and critical thinking skills. Homework is discussed and interpreted at the beginning of each lesson. In the term project, it is beneficial for students to increase their ability to work as a team and to increase their presentation skills and self-confidence.
