Emphasizing the potential of decisions taken about architectural design and practice, from the economical, rational and professional ethics points of view. Giving information to the architects about cost terms used in building projects (Initial Cost, Operational/ Occupational Cost - Life Cycle Cost).
Ability to identify, choose and apply the methods used for cost estimation and cost calculation beginning from initiation stage and consequently in planning, design, construction, operation stages. Informing architects about design parameters defined by planning and design solutions, effecting initial cost and operation/occupation cost.
Informing cost control methods such as Cost Limit-Cost Analysis-Cost Planning, and their conditions of use, during design stage.
