Course Goals
 Introducing the organizations and management approaches affecting the client and working area of the architect, with their technical-economical-political and social properties; Defining management duty of the architect in architectural practice as manager-designer, manager-constructor and project manager in office/business/project management; Making architects, who are going to take managerial roles, able to realize and use the approaches and methods in order to direct project design towards defined cost-time-quality objectives and increase managerial effectiveness.
