Course Goals
The knowledge of the plant biotechnology processes, plant metabolomics, plant genome sequencing, gene transfer methods to plants, the importance of plant tissue culture in plant biotechnology, natural genetic variation, the regulation of apomiksis, plant genomics in plant stress tolerance, recent biotechnologic approaches to phytoremediation and improvements in agricultural yield quality.
