Course Goals
It is aimed that the discussion of cell culture techniques, establish mammalian  2 dimension and 3 dimension cultures, the selection of biomaterials, cell survival, cell death, invasion assays and comparison of results between two techniques, utilization of floresence and confocal microscopy,  the discussion of advantageous and disadventagous aspects of 2-d and 3-d cell culture techniques.
