Course Goals
Financial management course has three major goals. First, to develop and understanding of the rapidly evolving and exciting theory of finance so that the learner can evaluate the firm's investment, financing, and dividend decisions in keeping with an objective of maxmizing shareholder wealth by considering social welfare and security; second, to become familiar with the application of analytical methods to a variety of problems in managerial finance; and third, to expose the student how to make correct financial decisions by implementing the concept of opportunity cost.

Teaching Methods and Techniques -Lecturer of the course will use his lecture notes as well as modern financial management textbooks and peer reviewed articles.Moreover, powerpoint slides and resources will be shared to the CATS resources section for students to review.
Principle Sources -Teams will be organized in order to discuss real cases in financial environment.
Other Sources -Quess speakers from financial organizations will be invited for class discussions.
