Course Goals
The main objective of this course is to teach, how interior designers, architects and environmental designers can succeed in a new project and business planning, steps, strategies and evaluation techniques in project realization process. In project idea development, the acceptance of the product or service by the customers and users and the financial success is very important. The aim is, starting from the design phase, how the project realization process can become “transparent”, how the elements of this process can be evaluated and the project risks reduced and the project can become “feasible”.

LO-1At each stage of business planning and development, strategies, assessment techniques, feasibility, and how to achieve the main goal is teached and the elimination of all obstacles on the road to success is provided.
LO-2The ability to evaluate a business start-up and to do a feasibility study is achieved.
LO-3Students infromed about, marketing strategies, target market, market analysis and competition, sales and revenue projections.
LO-4For a Start-Up or Business Develoment Project, all necessary information on Project Management and Planning is given.
LO-5How one can reduce the project risks in a new business development and make it feasible, ending with financial success.
