Program Outcomes
PO-11. Having knowledge regarding concepts and institutions or methods in the field of Public Law and its subdisciplines and having the ability to deepen this knowledge;

Learning Outcomes
LO-1To able to define the "right to life" by taking into account the changing meaning of the right over time.
LO-2To able to evaluate the matters such as euthanasia, death fast, missing people which are associated with right to life by taking into account the developments in comparative law and construe the national regulations.
LO-3To comprehend the content and scope of the “right to life” according to the human rights conventions and to able to evaluate them with critical perspective.
LO-4To able to evaluate the existing regulations in Turkish Law related to "right to life".
