Course Goals
The course purposes to examine the components of freedom of thought, definition and importance of freedom of expression of thought, configuration of the freedom of expression under the system of European Convention on Human Rights, jurisprudence of European Courts of Human Rights relating freedom of expression, American and German legal regulations of freedom of expression under comparative law, the constitutional and legal regulations of the regime of freedom of expression under Turkish Law – particularly jurisprudences of Turkish High Court and Constitutional Court .
