Course Goals
The course purposes to analyze the qualification, origin, perspective of task and function, and safeguard system of fundamental rights and freedoms, also the basic principles of restriction of fundamental rights and freedoms such as “legality”, “causality”, “untouchable core of the right”, “being in accordance with the statement and soul of constitution”, “requirements of secular republic”, “democratic social order” and “proportionality” .

PO-22. Having the ability to establish a connection between concepts, institutions and methods of Public Law and its subdisciplines by understanding their mutual effects;
