Course Goals

This course aims to have the knowledge about the rights guaranteed in International treaties which Turkey is a party and in The Constitution of the Republic of Turkey such as; right to live, prohibition of torture, prohibition of forced labor, the right to liberty and security, the right to a fair trial, protection of private and family life, religion and freedom of thought, freedom of expression, association and freedom of association, the right to marry, effective remedy, prohibition of discrimination, property rights, education rights, the right to vote.

Program Outcomes
PO-11. Having knowledge regarding concepts and institutions or methods in the field of Public Law and its subdisciplines and having the ability to deepen this knowledge;
PO-22. Having the ability to establish a connection between concepts, institutions and methods of Public Law and its subdisciplines by understanding their mutual effects;
PO-33. Using the knowledge obtained at master level in the field of Public Law and its subdisciplines to analyze subjects and issues regarding law theory and practice;
