Course Goals

This course aims to teach the Concept of International Criminal Law and to evaluate about the crimes involving foreign elements in International Criminal Law. The development of international judicial assistance depending on the increases in trans-boundary crimes, the fight against international guilt, the process of establishing international criminal courts and transition to the International Criminal Court from ad hoc international criminal courts, the classification of International Crimes, relations between the International Criminal Courts and the National Courts in the prosecution of these crimes. The evaluation of distance and international crimes in Turkish Law.
