Course Goals	Lisansüstü düzeyde genel işlem şartları hakkında bilgi sahibi olması Yeni Borçlar Kanunu ile Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun’da yer alan genel işlem şartlarına ilişkin hümlerin karşılaştırması ve edinmiş olduğu bilgi birikimini uygulamaya yönelik olarak çözüm odaklı kullanabilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
