Today, culture and creativity play a crucial role in urban strategies. As a matter of fact, especially the visions of the cities in West Europe and North America has been set up on these concepts. The aim of this course is to gain skills and competency on; economical, socio-cultural and spatial changing of the cities stemming from deindustrialization, the rising awareness about the potantials that turn up by the culture and creativity arise among new urban economies and also, the direction and management of these potantials.
