Course Goals A study on provision of New Code of Obligation relating to torts in comparison with current Code of Obligation. With this respect, it is aimed to provide for information about tort law, information about concept of severe (objective) liability and elements of severe liability, shoving practice of this kind of liability with examples and provide for capacity to evaluate and to discriminate problems related to these issues.

Special Requisite(s) Having capacity of rationalistic, inquisitorial, and critical thinking, solving problem, implementation of theorical knowledge to the practice, management of knowledge, competence of discretion.
