Course Goals The purpose of these seminars is to provide to the participants a certain knowledge on the concept of the financial leasing contract as a different financing model, its advantages and disadvantages against other financing tools, its formation and termination as a contract, the problematics emerging of the legislation and the practice and on the solution proposals.

PO-22. Analyse and evaluate the theory and practice in the field of private law and subdisciplines by using the knowledge obtained in expert level and reach new and specific results and thoughts accordingly;
