Course Goals |
This course primarily will focus on the concept of occupational accidents and diseases. In addition, will be examined by using the Supreme Court of Appeals decisions, the supervising obligation, legal sanction for contradiction this liability, the compensation should be paid by the employer, the scope of this compensation and the reasons of deduction from the compensation. |
