Course Goals
Traffic problem has become a deep trouble as a result of the development of highways, gradually increased number of vehicles and the population and especially beceuse of the effect of drivers and speed. The aim of this course is to examine this poblem on the basis of expert's reports and court decisions.

Learning Outcomes
LO-1Having legal, economic, technical and pyschological knowledge with regard to the traffic problem and to to able to make a decision on the basis of this knowledge.
LO-2To be ale to criticize and make decision about the concrete cases, as a result of examining traffic problem from the point of criminal liability.
LO-3To be able to criticize and make decision about the concrete cases, as a result of examining traffic problem from the point of legal liability and liability without fault.
LO-4Having information about Highway Traffic Legislation and to be able to present assessments about this legislation.
LO-5Having knowledge about laws and regulations connected with the highways and to be able to apply this knowledge in the concrete cases.
