Course Goals

Summary of Regulations of crime influencing commercial practices and deriving economic sanctions ordered.The object of the class is to inform about implications of common crime like theft, fraud, betrayal of trust, bribe and some other delicts implying punitive sanctions at fields commerce within the general principles of criminal law. The latest includes corperate and competition law related to crime of injust competition, consumer and stock Exchange. Studnets will be required to provide seminar excercises in this field showing the implication of these crimes towards business environment.

Program Outcomes
