Course Goals
The course aims to examine the concept of interference with basic rights, varieties interference with basic rights, terms of practice, controlling of interference with basic rights, unlawful interferences and results under criminal law.

Program Outcomes
PO-11. Improving and deepening present and further information regarding concepts and institutions of Public Law and its subdisciplines with original idea and research at master level and reaching new original definitions and descriptions about these concepts and institutions;
PO-22. Analyzing and evaluating the theory and practice of Public Law and its subdisciplines by using the obtained master level information, thus reaching the new and original results and opinions.
