Course Goals

Starting from the 1900’s the protection of public health has gained on importance and countries have set up national and international laws and regulations to fight illegal drug trafficing and drug abuse. In today’s world it’s not only important to fight the drug crime but to rehabilitate drug addicts as well. In this class it is aimed to deal with all aspects of the subject.

Program Outcomes
PO-11. Improving and deepening present and further information regarding concepts and institutions of Public Law and its subdisciplines with original idea and research at master level and reaching new original definitions and descriptions about these concepts and institutions;
