Course Goals
Proceeding of a public action of the crimes subjected to mediation under New Code of Criminal Procedure (CMK), are conditioned to be or not to be conciliated by parties, by this means a new case clause is regulated. This course aims to examine the institution of mediation as general.

Program Outcomes
PO-11. Improving and deepening present and further information regarding concepts and institutions of Public Law and its subdisciplines with original idea and research at master level and reaching new original definitions and descriptions about these concepts and institutions;
PO-22. Analyzing and evaluating the theory and practice of Public Law and its subdisciplines by using the obtained master level information, thus reaching the new and original results and opinions.
PO-33. Evaluating and using the obtained master and/or research level information relating Public Law and its subdiscipline with a theoretical and systematical approach .

PO-55. Developing solution offers regarding law policy with reference to the theoretical and practical information;
PO-66. Evaluating a present concept or institution relating Public Law and its subdisciplines with a new approach and researching a new concept or institution with an original perspective, thus achieving an original study independently also contributing to legal theory and practice.
PO-77. Contributing the law theory and practice to be developed by writing at least a scientific article in national or international refereed journal specialized on law or producing an original work;
PO-88. Developing new ideas and methods by using high-level mental processes such as creative and critical thinking, resolving a dispute and making a decision in the field of Public Law and its subdisciplines;
PO-99. Defending original ideas relating Public Law and its subdisciplines to experts on those subjects in a discussion and communicating effectively to show the own proficiency.
