Course Goals
The purpose of the course is to comprehend the framework of the United Nations and to analize the place and the impacts its framework in international law. The functions of United Nations’ bodies and subsidiary organiztions will be discussed and the relationship of the United Nations with other international organizations will examined. Besides, there will be discussions concerning the contributions in the developments on topics like international peace and security, human rights, economic, cultural and commercial cooperations etc..

1. Improving and deepening present and further information regarding concepts and institutions of Public Law and its subdisciplines with original idea and research at master level and reaching new original definitions and descriptions about these concepts and institutions;
