To have knowledge about courts organizations and to have skill to apply duty and authority rules related to court of first instance to physical case and to understand and evaluate the results of open a lawsuit in respect to material law and procedure law.

By means of paying attention to the basic laws in enforcement law and comprehending the principles dominating enforcement law, to make the student gain the ability to carry out tracking transactions in such way to not to cause the breach of basic rights and principles of compulsory enforcement process.
