In this course, following techniques and methods are going to be proceed: the isolation of informative molecules DNA, RNA and proteins and their purification methods, PCR types and their applications, blotting techniques, RFLP and SNP analysis, microscopy techniques and fluoresence tagging, plasmid isolation, transfection or application of siRNAs for modification of gene expression profile.
