In this course it is aimed to present available biological databases and several bioinformatic tools/methods to understand the regulation of DNA-RNA-protein information flow. In addition, it is possible to learn sequence alignment, building a phylogenetic tree, distance calculation between species, evaluation of microarray samples, genomic and proteomic understanding and SNP analysis.
