Course Goals
 The seminar course given in the doctoral programs prepares students to contribute to the current and educational process related to a subject or thesis. During the semester students will be prepared to speak, narrate, discuss and communicate in the group about their ideas according scientific methodology.  This course is compulsory for PhD students. The seminar course has to be achieved before the thesis work.

Teaching Methods and Techniques Students identify a seminar topic together with the lecturer who gives the seminar lecture by conducting a literature search on a topic or thesis studies that they master in the first two weeks of the seminar course.

During the process of determining the seminar topic, books related to the subject, theses, articles etc. made at home and abroad. All scientific studies are examined.

The work on the seminar topic is presented to the faculty member by the student.

The instructor guides the student by reviewing the work presented with the student for finalizing the work.
Principle Sources -While preparing the seminar, students have to search their research topic through the internet, any kind of periodicals and boks, besides the resources suggested by the advisor.
