Course Goals
The aim is to make the students to realize the importance of human factor in their professional-life  via introducing HR processes and definition that take place in literature.

With the help of this, the students can realize the importance of HR among other Management tools and can replace it in their mind.
Prerequisite(s) Bachelor Degree
Corequisite(s) Professional experience (preferably)
Special Requisite(s) At least 1 year experience can be helpful for case studies. Fluency in English to track the global developments

Program Outcomes
PO-1Students will gain the ability to apply, analyze and synthesize their mathematical and social knowledge to business problems.
